- How to use
- Usage requirements:
(1) The inlet air temperature is not greater than 40°C
(2) The content of solid particles in the gas shall not be greater than 100 mg/m2, and the largest particle shall not be greater than half of the assembly gap;
(3) The bearing temperature does not exceed 95°C;
(4) The lubricating oil temperature does not exceed 65°C;
(5) The opening pressure range specified on the sign shall not be exceeded. - Preparations before startup:
(1) Check the installation quality of each fastener and positioning pin;
(2) Check the installation quality of intake and exhaust pipes and valves;
(3) Check whether the base of the unit is fully padded and whether the anchor bolts are tightened;
(4) Inject the specified brand of lubricating oil into the gear box to the driving side of the oil mark position and inject the specified grease in sufficient quantity;
(5) Open all the blower inlet and exhaust valves, turn the rotor, and listen carefully for any abnormal noises from various parts;
(6) For fans with water cooling requirements, the water temperature should not be higher than 25°C. - No-load test operation of the fan:
(1) Newly installed or overhauled fans should undergo no-load test operation;
(2) No-load operation means putting into operation with the intake and exhaust valves fully open;
(3) There is no abnormal smell, smoke, collision or friction sound, and the radial vibration of the bearing part is not greater than 6.3mm/s;
(4) Run with no load for about 30 minutes. If the situation is normal, it can be put into operation with load. If abnormal operation is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection. After troubleshooting, it still needs to run with no load. - Continuous operation under normal load:
(1) It is required to gradually and slowly increase the voltage and bring the load up to the rated load. It is not allowed to adjust to the rated load at one time;
(2) During normal operation of the fan, it is strictly prohibited to completely close the engine and exhaust valves; nor is it allowed to operate overloaded;
(3) Due to the characteristics of the fan, it is not allowed to directly backflow the exhaust gas for a long time, so cooling measures must be taken;
(4) The blower should not stop suddenly under full load to avoid damage to parts. - Maintenance and overhaul:
(1) Check the fastening of each part and whether the positioning pin is loose;
(2) Check the machine body frequently for oil leakage;
(3) Pay attention to whether the lubrication is normal, pay attention to the amount of lubricating grease, always listen to the operation of the fan to see if there is any noise, and pay attention to whether the unit is operating under specified working conditions;
(4) Lubricating oil (grease): The lubricating oil is medium-load industrial gear oil (grade 220, kinematic viscosity 198~242mm2/s40℃, flash point ≥200℃); the grease is butter (synthetic lithium-based grease penetration 220250 , dropping point ≥190℃), after 200 hours of operation, the oil and grease must be changed for the first time, and for the second time after one month of operation. In the future, it should be replaced according to the usage environment and oil (grease) quality. It is recommended to replace it every three months;
(5) Check the air inlet gas filter frequently and clean or replace the filter in time;
(6) The overload of the blower is sometimes not displayed immediately, so pay attention to the increase trend of the inlet and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature and motor current to judge whether the fan is operating normally;
(7) Before disassembling the machine, the dimensions of the machine should be measured, recorded, and marked on the parts to ensure that the original coordination requirements are maintained after assembly;
(8) After a new machine or overhaul, the fuel tank should be cleaned and put into operation according to the usage procedures. It is recommended to replace all lubricating grease after 8 hours of operation.
