There is a pressure equalizing exhaust port on the side of the body, which can discharge the high-pressure gas brought by the rotation of the impeller, reducing the phenomenon of gas pushing and conducive to the smooth flow of materials.
  • For the pressure-feeding and suction-feeding pneumatic conveying systems, the rotary feeder is one of the main components. It can feed the clinker pipe evenly and continuously. In the separation and dust collection part of the system, it It also has the functions of unloader and air lock.
  • Rotary feeder, commonly known as blower, unloader, rotary feeding valve, rotary unloading valve, rotary valve, etc., is the main equipment for conveying bulk materials.   • The upper and lower flanges of the LGR standard rotary feeder are both circular and provide special interfaces required by users. For example, square and rectangular flange connections can be determined separately, and the flange thickness is specified according to company standards.

Pumping room

  • For materials with low density, especially powders, the purpose of adding an air extraction chamber to the rotary feeder is to ensure that the materials fall normally and the gas is discharged without affecting normal transportation.

LGR acceleration chamber

  • When the acceleration chamber acts on the lower opening of the rotary feeder to feed powder and granular materials into the feeding pipe, it has the effect of accelerating the transportation without causing large pressure losses.

Working principle

  • Materials are added from the hopper and enter the high-pressure feeder under the control of the feeding valve for quantitative feeding. Roots blower or air compressor is used as the air source to generate high-pressure gas and transport the materials from the pipeline to the end point at a certain speed. Separator (silo), after the material gas is separated, the gas is filtered and dusted before being discharged into the atmosphere.
